When it gets colder we know that a lot of our customers like to head away to warmer climes on or around Christmas.

If you’re planning on leaving the country let Hart Taxis take you up to, and back from, the airport: Heathrow, Gatwick. Southampton, Stansted or Luton – we cover them all.

Our fixed airport fares do not change over the Christmas period with the exception of Christmas Day and New Year’s Day when they are double the standard rate.

All our airport bookings include:

• Full email notification of the pick-up details with customer confirmation.
• Text information detailing the make and model of the car, the driver’s name, and photo.
• Airport pick-ups include a £10 meet and greet charge to cover the airport parking, waiting time and flight monitoring: if your flight arrives early we send the driver up early. If it is delayed we send the driver later and don’t charge you the waiting time.
• Our drivers always meet you at the same location with your name on a sign so you can easily identify them.
• They also have the latest despatch technology to allow you and them to communicate using our Oliviar booking system. Just call our office number and the system will ask you if you wish to speak to your driver or an operator. Select the appropriate option and you’ll be connected.
• You can also upgrade to a more luxurious executive car for an extra £10 each way.
• Our driver will even sort you out a complementary tea or coffee for your arrival if you wish.
