If you answered ‘yes’ to all these question we would like to put you onto our new automated booking system, Oliviar.

Oliviar is designed to allow you to call in and book a taxi to be despatched as soon as possible simply by pressing a key on the phone to indicate where you are. No speaking to an operator. No spelling out your destination. Just ring, hit a key and your taxi is despatched.

Once you are used to the process you can book a taxi in as little as 8 seconds.

Yes! I want this. What do I do?

With a mobile phone Oliviar  has to know where you are so she can despatch the taxi to you. To do this we allow you to set up ‘favourite addresses’ against your mobile phone number. You can define up to 3 favourite addresses at the moment. We suggest these are ‘Home’, ‘Work’, and ‘Other’ (although you can define these yourself). Each place is assigned a single digit number (1, 2, or 3) and this is the number you need to use when prompted by Oliviar.

Simply complete the form below letting us know which mobile phone number you call in on and which location we usually pick you up from. We will then send an email with these details back to you for your records. Please keep this email safe.

If you regularly call in from a landline there is no need to complete this information as the landline is linked to a specific address on our system and the vehicle will always be despatched to that address.
