1. All airport jobs automatically provide an electronic receipt for your trip once the journey is completed.
2. All our jobs provide either a ringback service when the driver has arrived and/or a text service to let you know the driver has accepted your job and the vehicle is on the way .
3. The Meet and Greet charge on pick-ups from the airport covers car parking, waiting time and flight monitoring: If your flight arrives early we send the driver up early. If it arrives late we delay him. Either way he’s there when you need him.
4. Through our advanced automated operator Oliviar, you can call in to the office, check the status of your vehicle and be transferred automatically to your driver without needing to speak to an operator.
5. Our drivers will call you in the airport to ask if you want a tea or coffee when you arrive. It’ll be waiting for you when you come through arrivals.
6. All our drivers carry name boards which they will use to identify themselves and let you know who they’re waiting for.
7. All our airport jobs are fixed price. It doesn’t matter if it’s 3pm on a Tuesday afternoon or 3am on a Sunday morning. The price we quote is the price you pay. This will be quoted to you by email when you book.
8. All our airport jobs are confirmed in writing prior to the driver being despatched. That way you have the security of knowing what the system has recorded for your booking and we have the security of knowing that you have approved the details we have entered.
