We now have E-receipts!

We know from speaking to our customers that many of them use us for business trips to the airports.

One of the services that we are now offering for airport passengers is automated e-receipts for passengers.

It works very simply:

  1. Every time you book a journey with Hart Taxis to the airport you will provide us with an email address. This is a standard procedure and it allows us to send you details of the booking to check and confirm.
  2. Once the journey is complete we will use that same email to automatically forward on to you a link to your e-receipt. This link will send you to a printable webpage which will display your e-receipt when clicked.

The receipt itself will show the pick-up and destination points on a map, the booking reference, date, passenger name, time and vehicle type. It will also detail the distance, duration, CO2 emissions, charges and payment details. All this in a logo’d document that bears our VAT details. The document itself is perfect for submission on expense claim forms as it gives all the information an  accounts department could want (and more).

If the receipt is not needed all you have to do is ignore the email message (although we hope you will click the link because it asks you to provide a testimonial for us which helps our business grow).

If you are not going to the airport but you still want an e-receipt for your journey please let your driver know. All we need is your email address and we can send an e-receipt for any journey you have taken with us.
